Since Mike and I just eat this, I used small sugar pumpkins - one for each of us. The squash was super yummy!

This is a traditional Halloween meal of Krista's family. Dinner in a Pumpkin, bread, pumpkin muffins and this year she made a Johnson kids (when she was little) favorite Halloween treat - jack o lantern fried tortillas with cinnamon and sugar.
What a great Halloween dinner idea! I'd like to try that for next year!
